Each plate features your choice of two or three slow-smoked meats, cooked low and slow for that perfect balance of smoke, tenderness, and flavor.
Sliced or Chopped Brisket – Tender, juicy brisket smoked to perfection with a rich bark and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Choose sliced for classic presentation or chopped for a hearty, saucy bite.
